I’m a chef who owned a catering business for over 20 years & my love of R & D has taken me on a quest around the globe in pursuit of new & interesting sites & tastes!  I love sharing what I’ve discovered in the places I’ve travelled to & now I guide people on food & adventure tours around the globe!
